Most emails of such nature will try to trick you of your confidential information so as to gain illegal access to your online assets in Cherry account or any other accounts you own. All emails sent from Cherry Credits end with the following domain "@cherrycredits.com".
If you believe your account has been compromised:
- Change your Cherry account password immediately.
- Scan your personal computer for viruses, keyloggers and/or spyware.
- If your CC balance was used without permission, file a police report with your local authorities immediately.
Remember, Cherry Credits will never ask for your passwords or PINs.
