Why is my Cherry Messenger ticket automatically closed?

To ensure all user inquiries are attended to and processed in the fastest time possible, all support tickets are automatically closed after a period of user inactivity.

If we do not hear from you after:
5 days - An email reminder will be sent to your registered email address
10 days - Ticket will be closed automatically

Should you require further assistance after this time period, feel free to file a new ticket with us!
