To determine if your purchase / redemption transaction was successful:
- Login to your Cherry account, click on "Your Balance" on the right of the bottom white bar and access your transaction history to locate your latest transaction.
- For ePIN transactions performed within the site, access your Cherry Messenger for the ePIN code.
If no transaction logs were recorded on Cherry account, your transaction is likely unsuccessful. Please perform the purchase / redemption again.
If your problem is not related to the categories above, please submit a ticket on Cherry Messenger with the following information:
- Date/time of transaction
- CC Transaction ID and Merchant Transaction ID, if any
- Problem encountered in detail
