Your Cherry account is automatically locked when the system detects 5 unsuccessful login attempts.
An automated email from windmill@cherrycredits.com will be sent to your registered email address. Follow the instructions given to unlock your Cherry account.
- Note down the Release Code and follow the instruction as stated in the automated email.
- Enter your Cherry account Login ID, Release Code (from the automated email) and click on "Confirm".
- Upon successful release, a new password will be sent from windmill@cherrycredits.com to your registered email address.
